This is the unfinished clinic we found in November 2007. Generous donors had contributed to build the clinic with a completion price of less than $50K USD. This being spent solely on the foundation, and the US-Iraq war having driven prices up, we learned completion costs would exceed $250K. (Managing real estate development in Ethiopia from the US is difficult.)
